Senior Portfolio Manager

Rainier joined Partners for Growth in 2020 with a focus on portfolio management. Responsibilities include organizing, reconciling, and analyzing financial reports, monitoring payment and compliance status, and communicating portfolio management issues and risks with Investment Leads. As a Senior Portfolio Manager, additional responsibilities include leading the team, managing workflow, reviewing junior team members’ work, onboarding new team members, and overseeing special projects.

 

Prior to joining PFG, Rainier worked at Ernst & Young’s Manila as Senior Consultant providing risk management, IT audit, internal audit to clients. He also worked as an RPA (Robotics Process Automation) analyst and an accounting supervisor through various staff augmentation arrangements.

 

Rainier holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from De La Salle University-Manila and a Master of Science in Finance from University of the Philippines Diliman, Philippines and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Rainier has a passion for capturing landscape and astro photographs. He is also a dedicated gym enthusiast.
